Physical Therapist

Responsibilities:
oReview patient's medical records to help determine diagnosis and physical therapy treatment required. Evaluate, care for and provide direct treatment for patients.
oPlan, prepare and perform individually designed treatment programs to maintain, improve and/or restore physical functioning, alleviate pain and/or prevent physical dysfunction in patients.
oDocument patient progress and plan for re-evaluation.
oEvaluate effectiveness of treatment at various stages and adjust treatment to achieve maximum benefit.
oProvide patients with a meaningful rehab experience utilizing excellent clinical skills and customer service.
oStrong communication skills for accurate, concise, and organized verbal and written interactions with patients and co-workers.
oMust have graduated from an accredited institution.
oCandidate who DOES NOT require sponsorship
oPosses current state registered license or are in the process of obtaining a license.
