Join our Information Technology team as a full time IT Infrastructure Supervisor. This position will manage the performance of associates' support to clients to ensure that service levels are achieved and perform HR supervision and staff development by providing performance evaluations, recruiting new hires and team building.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Oversee departmental operations and staff; including escalated requests and vendor relationships; ensuring top quality solutions are available to staff
Manages and coordinates urgent and complicated support issues acting as escalation point for all requests and incidents
Train, coach and mentor staff; including building and obtaining training material for support staff
Provide data and report KPI's and trends to appropriate parties
Maintain and enhance departmental continuous improvement techniques
Professional
Experience:
Strong experience required in some or all of the following:
This position requires strong technical skills, excellent communications and problem-solving skills and the ability to engage and interact with numerous external teams.
Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 administration
Microsoft Windows Active Directory Administration
Windows Server 2008-2012 installation and administration
VMware VSphere 5.X administration
Network infrastructure support including switch technology and VLAN administration
EMC SAN administration
Education/
Experience:
BS or equivalent professional experience required and 4 years team leadership or technical management responsibility
Desired certifications: MCP, MCSE, A+, or Network +Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
