Overview:
We are looking for someone passionate about retirement plans and connecting with financial professional on retirement plan options to join our Client Solutions team as a Senior Director.
The Senior Director will build and establish relationships with internal and external stakeholders to provide retirement plan consultative services and to help drive the retirement plan business.
Essential Duties:
Lead sales to recruit financial professionals to optimize retirement plan optionsServe as a knowledge leader using product expertise to lead the development and implementation of product marketing plans and goals of financial professionalsDirect continual market research to establish and maintain differentiation of approved products and identify new market opportunitiesParticipate in industry seminars and conferences to remain current with retirement plan industry trends Participate in and present during the company's various conferences and meetings Interface collaboratively both within the company, as well as with alliance partners where product expertise and positioning is required to recommend and initiate product and program development while meeting profitability and growth objectivesDevelop and direct strategic initiatives regarding company and departmental policies and procedures in order to improve service standards for internal and external customersCultivate sales aggressively consistent with goals set by Client Solutions leadership Education &
Experience:
Six or more years of related experience, education and/or training Certificates & Licenses:
Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 7 is typically required.
Compensation:
$120,000-$140,000.
This range is a good faith estimate of the compensation to be offered for this position based on the ideal candidate's qualifications, the Company's operational needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
The actual pay offered to a specific candidate may vary above or below the stated range.
