Overview:
We are looking for someone passionate about training and providing great service to join the Specialized Services Department as a Training Consultant.
The Training Consulant will lead the training for financial professionals on our trading platform Wealthport where our financial professionals place their trades.
Essential Duties:
Deliver training to new and existing financial professionals and home office staff and gather feedback regarding training effectivenessAssist with organization, planning, development and execution of training modules, software and programProvide customer service related to the training and ongoing use of the WealthPort trading system; including troubleshooting trade issuesRespond to reporting and enhancement requests of management, company associates, and financial professionalsPresent onsite live trainings and/or overviews for financial professionalsResearch training knowledge, trends and procedures to utilize during future training development Education &
Experience:
Two or more years of related experience, education and/or training.
Certificates & Licenses:
This job requires obtaining a FINRA Series 7 license within the first 6 months in order to complete job responsibilities.
Cambridge will provide financial and educational support towards obtaining required license(s) including paid study time, training courses, study materials and online resources.
Compensation:
$41,000-$50,000.
This range is a good faith estimate of the compensation to be offered for this position based on the ideal candidate's qualifications, the Company's operational needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
The actual pay offered to a specific candidate may vary above or below the stated range.
