The Executive Administrative Assistants will play a crucial role in supporting the Dean and Director of MIU's College of Integrative Medicine / Institute for Natural Medicine and PreventionBy facilitating essential functions vital to the department's smooth operation, this dynamic position offers an opportunity for students to immerse themselves in the intricate workings of healthcare and academic medicine, contributing to various facets ranging from organizational management, to publication oversight, and social media engagement.

Responsibilities:
Arrange meetings with collaborators and stakeholders, coordinating schedules and logistics as needed.
Maintain records of publications, including bibliographic information, publication status, and dissemination strategies.
Organize building maintenance and facility-related tasks to ensure a safe and functional work environment.
Provide administrative support for publishing new scientific documents, including formatting, distribution, and archival.
Manage social media platforms, such as YouTube, to showcase presentations and promote the institute and college's work.
Assist with graphics for medical publications and presentations.
Proofread publications and documents to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines.
Perform other job-related duties.
Job
Qualifications:
Fluency with MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Facility or interest in preventive health and healthcare, demonstrating a passion for promoting wellness and holistic healthcare practices.
Interest in scientific medicine, with a curiosity about research methodologies, medical advancements, and evidence-based practices.
Reception skills, including telephone etiquette, customer service, and managing inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
Access to transportation to Headly Hall is preferred.
